"For less than the price of a small 2 room hotel suite, this property provides the comfort of a fully appointed and nicely decorated home. Pretty and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo clinic and a 5 minute drive to grocery store and restaurants (which are also walkable). Quiet dishwasher in kitchen and washer-dryer downstairs. Comfortable living room with good sized TV and many cable channels. Large closets and dressers, so we could fully move in and feel comfortable. Large upstairs bedroom with private bathroom has loft-like ceilings and closes off with door at bottom of stairs, so others could move about downstairs without disturbing late sleeper upstairs. Screened in front porch looks out onto tree lined street. The kitchen came stocked with numerous basic items, including spices, other basic cooking supplies, coffee, etc. Made "move-in" easier and was very welcoming. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again if need to return to Rochester."

Full of charm, serenity and in between Mayo locations makes this home a find! Walking to appointments and around town was convenient for our party of 5. Well appointed with items we would have in our own home made it comfortable and relaxing. I come back for follow up during early summer and am hopeful I get to spend some time on the front porch. An excellent property.

"We came to Rochester for my mom to have heart surgery at Mayo. We had a few family members in town for the surgery and a regular hotel room wasn't right. This home was absolutely perfect! It was clean, well appointed, cozy and roomy at the same time. It's a 3-5 minute walk to St Mary's, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. With all of the chaos and anxiety surrounding the surgery, being able to come back to a place that feels like home is a Godsend. I couldn't have imagined a better home/location for what we needed. Thank you, Kellie! I can't convey how much we appreciate the home you rented to us during this trying time.
