Well-Appointed Home Near St. Mary's

This charming home is just one block from St Mary's hospital in popular Rochester neighborhood. Fully furnished with all you need for a short or long term stay in Rochester, MN.

The home has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hardwood floors throughout. In addition to the newly remodeled kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas; the main floor is home to 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a full size washer and dryer. The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms and 1 more full bathroom.

Parking is available onsite or in the garage and it's only a couple minutes walk to dining and other amenities. We also provide two bikes and helmets so that you are able to enjoy the nearby recreational trails. (And save on parking fees!)

This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and carpet-free home. We pride ourselves on providing a clean environment for those visiting Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital.

It was clean, well appointed, cozy and roomy at the same time. It's a 3-5 minute walk to St Mary's, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. With all of the chaos and anxiety surrounding the surgery, being able to come back to a place that feels like home is a Godsend.
