The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, baking sheets, coffee maker, tupperware, and more! The home comes furnished with towels, linens, organic cotton sheets and comfortable new beds.
Located just one block from Mayo's pedestrian tunnel system with climate controlled access to Mayo Clinic and downtown.
Close to the Rochester recreational trail system, downtown restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and other amenities.

Comfortable and Conveniently Located
“My family really appreciated staying at this home while my Dad was having surgery at Mayo. It was very conveniently located in between the clinic and the hospital so it was an easy walk to both locations. The furnishings were comfortable (including the beds) and well kept. The kitchen appliances were very new and easy to use. We had everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. It was only part of the house we were renting which wasn't clear until we got there and the main entrance and top floor were being renovated which caused a bit of a problem on the second day of our stay, but the owner was very responsive to our concerns and resolved the problem quickly. I'd highly recommend staying here in the event you have a larger group supporting a loved one receiving treatment at Mayo.”
