In addition to a large kitchen and living area, a full-size washer and dryer are in each unit.
There is no need to worry about parking as each unit comes with a parking space in our private parking lot as well as free on-street parking.
Just a few steps down the street (cul-de-sac) you can enjoy access to the city's paved recreational trail system that goes for miles and miles throughout Rochester and the surrounding area. There is also a park just a block away with kids play equipment and tennis courts.

Kellie has done a remarkable job at ensuring a comfortable and relaxing condo.
The beds are so comfortable that my husband asked me to fine out the brand. All of the sheets, duvet covers, pillows, towels, etc. are great. EVERYTHING is brand new. The condo is about a mile or so from the Jacobson (Website hidden by Airbnb) easy walk (Website hidden by Airbnb) In my opinion, I would much rather stay in a condo NOT connected to Mayo for a number of reasons. #1) it is a nice break from the hospital and #2) it is a nice break from the hospital. I also feel that by staying in a condo you are more likely to venture out to see what the Rochester area has to offer.

Kellies place is a great location within walking distance (10 minute walk) of the Mayo Clinic. Would highly recommend for anyone that would be staying in the area for any reason.

We came to Rochester for Mayo, as many people do. Finding a place to stay is part of the hardship. We had issues from the start and Kellie was very accommodating. Our condo was very inviting and comfortable! Anything we needed, as far as cooking, was available. Baking ware, slow cooker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dinnerware.... The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We would stay there again!

If you have clinic appointments, the drive is less than 7 minutes, I even enjoyed walking there which took me only 15 minutes, the weather was beautiful at the time. I enjoyed morning coffee just outside the door even when it was raining because there is a very nice overhang which protects you from climatic weather. We felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the home was just the right amount of space for us and the washer and dryer worked very well. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
