This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is one of our most popular homes! The main floor features 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds and 1 queen bed), as well as a full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second floor is home to a large master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The kitchen is stocked with paper products, pots and pans, spices, and more!

During the warmer months, you can enjoy the fabulous screened-in porch-great for morning coffee!

We also provide two bikes, helmets and a tire pump so that you can enjoy the Rochester recreational trail system with is just ½ block away.
Full size washer and dryer onsite with all other amenities included: wifi, cable with extended channels, dvr, utilities etc.

This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and carpet-free home. We pride ourselves on providing a clean environment for those visiting Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital.

Less than the price of a small 2 room hotel suite

For less than the price of a small 2 room hotel suite, this property provides the comfort of a fully appointed and nicely decorated home. Pretty and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo clinic and a 5 minute drive to grocery store and restaurants (which are also walkable). Quiet dishwasher in kitchen and washer-dryer downstairs. Comfortable living room with good sized TV and many cable channels. Large closets and dressers, so we could fully move in and feel comfortable. Large upstairs bedroom with private bathroom has loft-like ceilings and closes off with door at bottom of stairs, so others could move about downstairs without disturbing late sleeper upstairs. Screened in front porch looks out onto tree lined street. The kitchen came stocked with numerous basic items, including spices, other basic cooking supplies, coffee, etc. Made "move-in" easier and was very welcoming. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again if need to return to Rochester.

10 minutes walk to the Mayo

This place was everything we needed with two little kids. It's 10 minutes walk to the Mayo, there are playgrounds and restaurants within walking distance. The house is very clean and organized. I needed a few things for the kids and Kellie was able to provide them right away. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Beds and linens are very high quality

We have stayed at this house on two separate occasions, and have had great experiences. The most recent day was during a subzero cold spell and the house was warm and comfortable even as the low hit -9F. Beds and linens are very high quality. The house is clean, comfortable, and located on a tree lined street centrally located in town. The house is within 10 blocks of both hospitals, Mayo Clinic facilities, groceries, drugstores, Kutzky park, the trail system, breweries, and coffee shops.
